Chilly at the Lodge provides a 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' outdoor space; vendors may not exceed their allotted space.
Electricity is not supplied; use of a battery pack is acceptable.
Vendors must supply their own equipment and supplies.
Vendors are responsible for meeting state and local sales tax requirements.
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all required health permits.
Vendors will accept their own payments.
The following are not permitted on the grounds:
Ground fires
Charcoal
Alcoholic beverages and other controlled substances
Smoking
Vehicles or trailers
Generators
Audio that can be heard outside your booth
Spaces are not assigned. Vendors choose their own space within the designated area after check-in.
Chilly at the Lodge will be held rain or shine; we reserve the right to delay start or end early in the event of severe weather. Should the organizers cancel the event entirely, 100% refund of registration fees will be offered; refunds are not available under any other circumstances.
Failure to abide by any rule may result in removal from Chilly at the Lodge and/or disqualification from future events at Josey Scout Lodge.
The Chilly at the Lodge vendor market is intended for vendors offering or advertising family-friendly products and/or services; event organizers reserve the right to decline any application. Approved applicants will receive an invoice via e-mail to complete your registration. We will not accept applications for:
smoking- or vaping-related activities or products
alcoholic beverages
political candidates or activities
sexually suggestive or explicit activities or products
