Vendor Market

9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

• Check-in begins at 7:00 a.m.
• Chilly at the Lodge provides a 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' outdoor space; vendors may not exceed their allotted space.
• Electricity is not available.
• Vendors must supply their own equipment and supplies.
• Vendors are responsible for meeting state and local sales tax requirements.
• Vendors will accept their own payments.
• Vendors may not sell or give away ready-to-eat food or drinks.
• The following are not permitted on the grounds:
  • Ground fires
  • Charcoal
  • Alcoholic beverages and other controlled substances
  • Smoking
  • Vehicles or trailers
  • Generators
• Spaces are not assigned.  Vendors choose their own space within the designated area after check-in.
• Should the organizers cancel the event, 100% refund of registration fees will be offered.  Refunds are not available for any other purpose.
• Failure to abide by any rule may result in removal from Chilly at the Lodge and/or disqualification from future events at Josey Scout Lodge.
• The Chilly at the Lodge vendor market is intended for vendors offering products and/or services or advertising businesses or organizations providing products or services.  Your application for space will be reviewed; event organizers reserve the right to decline any application.  Approved applicants will receive an invoice via e-mail to complete your registration.
