Apply to Perform at Chilly at the Lodge

All performers are booked for 2027.

You may submit an application to be added to the waiting list. Should we have a cancellation, we will consider performers in the order the application was received.

Chilly at the Lodge provides an outdoor uncovered stage (16' flatbed trailer), sound system, one microphone on a stand, and a stool. Performers must provide all other needed equipment. There is grassy space in front of and beside the stage if your group is too large to fit on the stage.
Limited electricity may be available.

All performances must be family-friendly and safe, to include material, costuming, equipment, and message.
Performers must apply and be approved prior to the event. Applications will be reviewed and approved applicants will receive further information via e-mail. Event organizers reserve the right to decline any application.
Performance time slots are 60 minutes long. The time slot includes setup, at least 40 minutes of performance, and breakdown; the performer(s) must clear the stage before the next time slot begins. Performers should not begin setup until the previous performer has cleared the stage.
The following are not permitted on the grounds:
- Ground fires
- Charcoal
- Alcoholic beverages and other controlled substances
- Smoking or vaping
- Vehicles or trailers
- Generators
Entertainers will receive a $200 stipend in the form of a check immediately following their performance.
Failure to abide by any rule may result in removal from Chilly at the Lodge and/or disqualification from future events at Josey Scout Lodge.
