- Chilly at the Lodge provides an outdoor uncovered stage (16' flatbed trailer), sound system, one microphone on a stand, and a stool. Performers must provide all other needed equipment.
- Limited electricity may be available upon prior request and approval.
- All performances must be family-friendly, to include material, costuming, and message.
- Performers must apply and be approved prior to the event. Applications will be reviewed and approved applicants will receive further information via e-mail.
- Performance time slots are 60 minutes long. The time slot includes setup, at least 40 minutes of performance, and breakdown; the performer(s) must clear the stage before the next time slot begins. Performers should not begin setup until the beginning of their time slot.
- The following are not permitted on the grounds:
- Ground fires
- Charcoal
- Alcoholic beverages and other controlled substances
- Smoking
- Vehicles or trailers
- Generators
- Entertainers will receive a $200 stipend in the form of a check immediately following their performance.
- Failure to abide by any rule may result in removal from Chilly at the Lodge and/or disqualification from future events at Josey Scout Lodge.
