No need for dishpan hands -- we do the dishes for you!
No charge, but your tip is a donation to Josey Lodge.
All competitors offer samples of their chili to the public.
Tasting kits are just $5 each and include a People's Choice ballot for favorite chili.
The competitor receiving the most votes wins!

Yellow Rose is open to International Chili Society competitors only. ICS welcomes new members for as little as $10. You can join ICS and compete at Yellow Rose anytime prior to 7:00 a.m. the day of the event.
Held the day following Chilly at the Lodge, Yellow Rose is not open to the public and tasting is not available.
